In addition to the diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation of sports injuries and occupational musculoskeletal pain we now offer personal training at our new Appletree Court clinic in Hessle.

Using our new, fully equipped personal fitness & rehabilitation studio, we offer a range personal training packages to suit individual needs that combine 1 hour personal training sessions with 30 minute sports massages and nutritional advice.

Four monthly packages are offered:

• The Platinum Package consists of three 60 minute personal training sessions a week combined with two 30 minute sports massages and nutritional advice.
• The Gold Package combines two 60 minute personal training sessions a week with a single 30 minute sports massage and nutritional advice.
• The Silver Package offers 2 one hour personal training sessions a week with nutritional advice.
• The Bronze Package is a single one hour personal training session a week with nutritional advice.

Alternatively, we can offer you a 'Pay as You Go' service consisting of a one hour personal training session.

We are happy to accommodate the two of you for the Personal Training Sessions for any of the Packages, training with one of us, at no extra charge*

*The 'Bring A Friend For Free' offer does not include the Sports Massage elements of the Platinum and Gold Packages. This remains at a total of 2 (Platinum) or 1 (Gold) individual Sports Massages which can be taken by either client. Additional Sports Massages can be booked separately.

New Hansford & Crocker Appletree Court Clinic in Hessle

After 2 successful years at Nuffield Health, Hansford & Crocker have branched out and opened a new Clinic at Appletree Court in Hessle, with extended facilities.

The Hansford & Crocker clinic at Total Fitness continues as normal but the clinic in Nuffield Health and Fitness at Kingston Retail park has now closed.

In addition to providing the same professional, caring approach to injury recovery, health and rehabilitation at the new clinic, Alex Hansford and Will Crocker will also be able to offer new services, including personal fitness training using the fully equipped personal fitness & rehabilitation studio attached to the clinic.

The Appletree Court clinic is situated in the centre of Hessle opposite All Saints’ Church.    It is approached down Vicarage Lane off Tower Hill/Swinegate: our car park, and Clinic entrance, can be found through the gate on the left at the end of the lane.

The Hansford & Crocker Sports Injury and Rehabilitation Centres offer the diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation of sports injuries and occupational musculoskeletal pain.

We are dedicated to providing the best, up-to-date treatment modalities and techniques to ensure our clients can progress quickly, effectively and safely and allow a return to sport or the workplace as rapidly as possible.

Our aim is to help each individual overcome their injury with confidence and allow them to get back to performing at their very best, with a reduced risk of re-injury.

We also investigate the cause of your injury and work with you to try and prevent the problem from recurring. correct any causative factors that contributed to the injury and give you the tools to manage the condition yourself.

Hansford & Crocker offer a wide range of services including injury assessment and rehabilitation, sports massage and injury prevention courses.

We provide a cutting edge, tailored diagnostic and treatment service, specifically designed for each client.

We have opened a new clinic in Appletree Court, Hessle after 2 successful years at the Nuffield Health Fitness and Wellbeing Centre (formerly Cannons Health Club).  In addition to treatment rooms, the new clinic includes a fully equipped personal fitness & rehabilitation studio which will allow us to offer new services including personal training. Our Nuffield clinic is now closed.

Our other clinic is located at Total Fitness at Willerby which continues as normal.  Situated in the middle of a large gym area, please ask at the main reception desk to be directed to our reception area which is inside the club.

We feel that the service we provide, coupled with the professional atmosphere that Total Fitness and our new Appletree Court clinic offer, is the perfect environment to recuperate from an injury, confidently and effectively.

"I heard of Hansford & Crocker through a relative of mine and as I have had so many problems with my back, I thought I would try them. It was the best decision I have made and wish I knew about them a couple of years ago!
I am in my 70s and used to play golf. I had a prolapsed disk and was in constant agony. I had an operation and saw a few Physios who said I had to give up golf and would have pain for the rest of my life.
I saw Alex and he said he would get me fixed and back on the green. I have never been so pleased with the results. I now have no pain in my back at all and I play golf 3 times a week. My back is stronger, without pain and has fantastic movement. My swing is the best it’s ever been.

"Apologies for the delay but I just wanted to write a short note of thanks for the excellent treatment I received for my hamstring injury at  Hansford & Crocker. The diagnosis and location of the specific point of injury, together with the targeted treatment programme allowed me a rapid  recovery. I would also like to take the opportunity to thank both you and Alex for the follow up questions whenever you see me in Cannon's gym. It is a nice touch. The treatment was well worth the money spent and I also appreciated never feeling pressured into an extra, what might be perceived as an 'unnecessary' treatment session. "I have suffered for over 6 years with neck and back pain.  I regularly saw my GP and was referred several times for physio.  I had a M.R.I. scan in 2007 which revealed that I had Spondylosis of the neck and spine.
Over the years my GP gave me regular steroid injections and I took several types of medication. My GP and Physio both told me it was something I would just have to learn to live with. I'm 32 years old and my daily living was restricted. I was recommended to visit Hansford & Crocker and can't believe the difference and benefit I have gained. 
I am no longer in constant pain and have reduced the amount of medication I need to take.
