Personal Fitness TrainingWe now offer a range personal fitness training packages thatwill help you to achieve your personal health and fitnessgoals. Training in our private gym at Hessle with Will or Alex willprovide you with the advice, motivation and support toachieve the results that you want through a bespoke trainingprogramme.This can be as generalas aiming to improveyour general fitnessthrough to achievingmore specific goals likefat loss, improvingmuscle tone or gettinginto shape for a specialoccasion or event.We provide guidanceand support through aprogramme coveringyour training in ourgym, exercises to undertake at home between sessions andadvice on your diet, using the latest training methods andtechniques.Because we have a private gym which will be used only byyou during your training sessions*, there is no peer pressureand no one else watching. You are able to work out in a carefree and confident manner.We have the latest equipment to help you reach your goals from cardio on the treadmill, bike or rower to strength andconditioning work on the advanced cable machine or freeweights.After an initial PhysicalAnalysis session wewill develop a bespoketraining plan for youenabling you to worktowards your personalobjectives. We have a range ofprogrammes to suitindividual needs thatcombine 1 hourpersonal trainingsessions and nutritional advice, some of which also include 30minute sports massages. Alternatively, we offer a 'Pay as You Go' one hour personaltraining session.Full details can be found under Treatment Fees.Alex and Will are registered with the Register of ExerciseProfessionals (REPs) as Level 3 Advanced Instructor, L3Advanced Fitness Instructor and L2 Gym.
